Delete Your Account
Use this page to request deletion of your Tathra account and associated personal data.
Delete from the Tathra app
- Sign in to Tathra.
- Open Settings, then Security.
- Select Delete account and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
The app may offer immediate deletion or a recovery period. During a recovery period, you can restore the account by signing in again before the displayed recovery deadline.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your Tathra account and include the subject Account deletion request.
What is deleted
We delete or anonymize the account profile, login credentials, profile image, device notification registrations, support conversations, and personal data that is no longer needed to operate the service.
What may be retained
Finalized invoices, payment records, accounting, tax, security, and audit records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legitimate record-keeping. Retained information is limited to the purpose and period required by applicable obligations.
