1. Using Tathra

These terms apply when you access or use Tathra Tech Solutions' website, application, business workspace or customer workspace. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information that is accurate enough for the requested workflow.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

• Keep your login details and devices secure.
• Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions of customer, product, tax, invoice and order data they enter.
• Customers are responsible for checking business, order, invoice and payment details before confirming an action.
• Do not impersonate another person, access another account, upload harmful content or use Tathra to deceive, abuse or violate law.

3. Business and customer workflows

Tathra provides tools that help businesses create invoices, quick bills, inventory records, orders and payment requests, and help customers connect with businesses. Tathra is a software service; the underlying sale, goods, services, tax treatment, delivery, refund and customer relationship remain the responsibility of the relevant business and customer.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payment requests and subscription purchases may use Razorpay or another displayed payment provider. Provider rules also apply. Subscription prices, duration and availability are shown before purchase. Do not share UPI PINs, passwords or card security codes with Tathra or a business. A payment made through Tathra does not change the parties' responsibility to resolve an incorrect invoice, undelivered order or refund request with the relevant business, subject to applicable law and provider rules.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tathra reliable, but features may change and brief maintenance or events outside our control may affect availability. We may improve, suspend or retire features when necessary for security, operations or legal compliance. We will keep the current version of these terms on this page.

6. Intellectual property

Tathra, its branding, software, interface and original content belong to Tathra Tech Solutions or its licensors. You receive permission to use the service for your legitimate business or customer workflow; this does not transfer ownership of the platform.
